Prices and estimates
Online prices and booking totals are estimates based on the information you give us. Some vehicles need extra parts or time — we'll always contact you for approval before doing any additional work.
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed by text or email. Courtesy cars and collection are subject to availability.
MOTs
MOT tests are carried out in line with DVSA rules. A free partial retest applies when the vehicle is left with us for repair, within the DVSA's time limits.
Guarantee
Parts and labour are guaranteed for [12 months / 12,000 miles], excluding wear and tear and misuse.
Payment and uncollected vehicles
Payment is due on collection. [Your policy on vehicles left uncollected.]
